Distractions are all around us. In modern society, there is more information and more distractions than at any other time in history. The flood of information overworks our senses to the point where they have become numb. Maintaining focus despite our oversaturated minds is a dying art, and everyone you know faces this same dilemma. For this reason, those who can cut through all the information and misinformation, those who learn how to make clear plans and maintain focus on them, will have an advantage and excel in every competitive endeavor.

The Importance of Focus

The ability to focus is one of the essential characteristics of the human brain. Focusing allows us to concentrate on the matter at hand, making it possible to complete complicated tasks and design ingenious solutions to problems we encounter. It helps us analyze our environment and gather more information pertinent to our goals.
